PAZ SINTES Textile Jewelry offers repairs for any damaged items purchased directly from us through our online store at www.pazsintestextilejewelry.com.

Repairs are complimentary for items purchased within the past year. After one year, a repair fee will be charged. We will email you with an estimated repair time and cost, depending on the nature of the work required and the materials involved.

Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the original retailer to arrange a repair.

Before sending your piece back, please email us with your contact information, when and where you purchased the item, your order number (if purchased through our website), and, if possible, a photograph of the piece that needs repair. Please contact us first, and we will provide you with the shipping instructions.
